Tips for renters :
1. Finding your perfect rental: Come and talk to us about what you’re looking for, and we’ll do our best to find you the perfect match.
2. Paying for that perfect rental: Look carefully at your earnings and outgoings and work out how much you can afford, or want, to pay.
3. Securing that perfect rental: Provide us with a CV we can pass on to the property owner, evidence of regular earnings, and references.
4. Double-checking it’s perfect for you: Make sure you’re happy with the owner’s letting terms and, in the case of an apartment, the building’s bylaws. For instance, does the owner of your property and the building allow pets? Can you sublet? What are the rules on any noise? Also, ask what the other residents of an apartment block are like – are they young and enjoy partying, or are they older and likely to object to any music after 8pm?
