The weeks leading up to Christmas can be full on. There’s so much to juggle from normal day-to-day life plus, you have the added items that need to be thought out for the big day. Decorations, presents, parties, lunches, dinners, you name it. 

So, if you’re heading to the big day and you still haven’t finalised what you’re putting on the menu. Or, you’ve been asked to bring a plate, we’ve put together 10 super quick recipes to help. From seafood platters to quick chocolate logs, you won’t need to spend hours over the stove to impress.

You can assemble this up to 2 hours ahead of eating it so it should survive a car trip. Or, simply take everything with you and put it together when you get there.
