La Traviata on the harbour
Verdi’s flying melodies, rousing drinking songs and heartbreaking duets tell the beautiful story that inspired movies like Pretty Woman and Moulin Rouge. Once you’ve been swept away by the score, you’ll understand why this is the world’s most popular opera. And, you’ll be watching it against the backdrop of one of the world’s most iconic harbours. With five pop-up bars and restaurants on site, you can spend the time to savour the view as the sun sets – this is a truly special evening not to be missed.

Bottomless Sparkling High Tea at Binky & Co
As soon as you step into Binky & Co you could quite easily think you’re entering an eatery in Paris. It’s a beautiful space to relax and unwind, inspired by the French capital of the 1700s. You’ll enjoy a scrumptious one-hour, three tier high tea which includes tea sandwiches, scones and an assortment of petit fours. All washed down with an endless supply of sparkling wine and your choice of coffee or tea. Delicious.

Dating in the Dark
This is a chance for you to get your other senses working overtime; and your sense of taste to be amplified. You’ll step inside Darlinghurst’s Madame Shanghai blanketed in darkness, put on a blind fold, and be served a three-course meal full of flavours and textures. There’s a guide on hand to make sure you don’t bump into any tables but the rest is up to you.

Sydney Royal Easter Show
It’s Australia’s largest ticketed event where the city comes together with the country. There’s live animal competitions, rides, petting zoos, fireworks displays and more. With over 12 hours of daily entertainment plus more in the evening, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Travel the Whole Wild World at Taronga
With international travel off the cards until who knows when, you can head to Taronga and get your fix of worldly animals.
