10 Potts Point restaurants open for booking

After what feels like a very long time (although not as long as Melbourne), the vaccinated among us in Sydney have been granted some freedoms. And one of those freedoms is to go out for a sit-down meal.

That’s right. Goodbye takeaway, hello dining in – woo hoo! But only if you want to, of course. Takeaway is still available to those who prefer it.

As Potts Point residents we’re even more excited to see some of our local favourites opening up bookings again. But not everyone is, so we thought we’d make a quick list of some of the local restaurants that are open for booking in Potts Point. And please bear in mind, seats are limited to manage COVID requirements.

Bistro Rex

If you’re hankering for freshly cooked Steak Frites or their sensational spanner crab omelette, then we’re pleased to say Bistro Rex is open for booking from Thursday 14 October.

Apollo

Our beloved contemporary Greek taverna is open from Monday 18 October. So, if you’ve missed the memorable food and Mediterranean hospitality as we have, head to Apollo to find yourself a seat.

Tuyo Potts Point

If you’d rather enjoy your coffee and eggs sitting down, Tuyo Potts Point is now open to serve.

Ezra Restaurant

Borders are still shut but you can still enjoy the vibe of Tel Aviv at this local favourite. In-house dining is open for booking from Wednesday 13 October.

Macleay St Bistro

Another French-favourite and a chance to ditch the activewear and get a little dressy at this beautiful bistro.

Bang Tang

This healthy Asian-inspired eatery opened their doors on Monday and are ready to welcome you in.

Et Al. Restaurant

Alistair and Stephen are ready to give you a very warm welcome back into their restaurant, so you can enjoy the full experience.

Cho Cho San

Our little piece of Tokyo in the heart of Parisian Potts Point is open and ready for bookings. Tuck into the Izakaya-inspired dishes and enjoy.

The Butler

From Friday 15 October you can book to be back sipping cocktails on the terrace and enjoying some of the Butler favourites.

 Yellow

This award-winning vegan bistro is opening its doors on Thursday 14th October. It’s a local favourite so be sure to book.

There are still more delicious venues in and around Potts Point. So, even if we haven’t mentioned them, please get out and support local businesses where you can.
